Coldwell Banker Portugal, the international real estate network, is holding “Blue Day” on 21 March, an event dedicated to its people, networking, and the exchange of experiences. Organised in partnership with CCA Law Firm and Imovirtual, this event aims to analyse and discuss important issues for the real estate market, such as the “Mais Habitação” programme and the Simplex Urbanístico.
Tomás Arantes e Oliveira, Senior Associate in CCA's Real Estate department, a speaker at the event, will clarify and share his insights on the “Mais Habitação” programme and, in particular, on the “Simplex Urbanístico”, laws that make various amendments to matters relating to lease, local accommodation, residence permits for investment, tax benefits, town and country planning (among others).
