On Friday, January the 22nd, at 3 p.m., CCA Law Firm sponsors the first debate dedicated to “Digital Services Act: the new liability regime of online platforms”, organized by the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa's Faculty of Law.
Within the scope of the Digital Services Act, one of the two legislative packages recently proposed by the European Commission to regulate the digital world, this debate which provides for a question-and-answer space will take place via the ZOOM platform and will bring together six invited speakers (see program below) and will be moderated by Tito Rendas.
