Working remotely was no longer original!
What was unusual and unique was to put all (or almost all) the organizational structure to work from home, to make difficult decisions quickly, to rephrase and constantly adapt these decisions, to direct from a distance, to accompany people.
All of this is a consequence of the unusual situation we are experiencing these days, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this time of great uncertainty and insecurity, it is particularly important to share the experiences and strategies of certain organizations. This is exactly what we did on April the 3rd, at 11:30 am, during the HR E-meeting attended by Alexandra Sequeira de Carvalho, Director of Human Resources for Sport TV; Maria Gabriela Madeira, Chief Operations Officer at Kaffa Cafés, and António Vasconcelos, Executive Director of the NGO International The Natural Step and co-leader of Planetiers New Generation. Moderation was led by Teresa Rocha, Director of Human Resources at CCA.
