With the intensification of the housing problem in Portugal, the CCA Law Firm is organising a conference on May 28 to reflect on the new Portuguese housing paradigm.
The event aims to discuss not only the effectiveness of the programmes presented by the previous government, such as the Simplex Urbanístico, the Mais Habitação programme and the measures to promote affordable housing, but also to analyse the strategy announced by the new government (Construir Portugal) to mitigate the housing crisis. Topics such as co-living and construction and housing co-operatives will also be discussed.
To discuss these and other issues, we'll be counting on the insights of a panel of experts:
