As part of the celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of the Federal Senate, the International Seminar Democracy and New Technologies: Challenges of the Digital Age, will be held from 25 to 27 March in Brasilia (Brazil). The purpose of this seminar is to promote debate among experts about the profound social transformations currently being experienced with the democratisation of digital technologies, identifying challenges and opportunities arising from this new technological scenario.
Some of the biggest names in the areas of Digital Rights and Artificial Intelligence will be present and Eduardo Magrani, Senior Consultant in the TMT department at CCA Law Firm, will join this line-up as a participant in two panels:
- 26 March | Digital Democracy: Lessons and Challenges;
- 27 March | Constitutional Design: Governing Digital Technologies and Agents in the 21st Century
The event will take place in the Petrônio Portella Auditorium, but will also be broadcast on the Senate's YouTube channel.
