The International Seminar of the Postgraduate Law Program at UCP will take place on the 27th and 28th of May with the theme “Human Rights and Process: Current Trends”. This is another initiative of the CCJ and the PPGD / UCP, which aims to provide the most recent information on the subject, both nationally and internationally.
The free event for students and professors of the Centre for Legal Sciences, legal practitioners, and others interested in the theme, will count on the participation of big names in law, both national and foreign, who will speak about their research and concerns.
Henrique Salinas, Partner at CCA and in charge in the Economic Penal & Compliance area, will be the speaker on May 28th, at 7 pm, of the session “The judge of guarantees: a comparison between Brazil and Portugal”.
The Seminar will be broadcast live on UCP TV - the official UCP channel on YouTube. When transmitting the event, the procedure for recording additional or complementary hours of activity will be indicated.
