Tito Rendas, CCA's Consultant of the TMT & IP department, will be a speaker this Wednesday, November 25th, at the webinar “Intermediary Liability”, organized by Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, of MEP, where the liability of intermediaries will be debated under the scope of the forthcoming Digital Services Act.
Invited to participate in the second panel, Tito Rendas will address the issue of content as "illegal" or "harmful", alongside Ismail Ertug (S&D MEP) and Eline Chivot (Centre for Data Innovation), with the moderation of journalist Diogo Queiroz de Andrade.
