CCA Law Firm has just announced the appointment of Miguel Neiva de Oliveira as its newest partner, following the development and expansion of the Administrative Law and Public Procurement areas.
With more than 20 years' experience, Miguel Neiva de Oliveira began working with CCA in 2020, having leveraged and developed the Administrative Law and Public Procurement areas, whose growth has tripled in recent years through the canvassing of clients of national and international importance.
Given the growing importance of the areas of Space and Environmental Law, the Public Law team has been actively specialising in these sectors, thus enabling it to understand the needs and critical points of its clients' businesses.
“CCA's presence in Porto is already recognised for its multidisciplinary nature and specialisation in public procurement, urban planning and land-use planning, but we want to continue to grow and diversify, not only in Administrative Law, but also in other areas of law,” explains Miguel Neiva de Oliveira, adding that “speaking specifically of Administrative Law, growth is natural and we intend to consolidate it in the areas of Space Law and Environmental Law. Thus, we naturally hope that the size of the team will accompany this trend”.
Last year's 100 per cent growth reinforces CCA's commitment to this field, not only because of the investment allocated to new facilities, which respond to the foreseeable increase in the team, but also because of the need to be closer to clients.
