Filipe Mayer, Partner and TMT Department Cordinator, in an interview for APAN coments the release of the Legal collection of Advertising, which he coordinates. In partnership with APAP - Associação Portuguesa das Agências de Publicidade, Comunicação e Marketing, this collection gathers the scattered legislation about the advertisement activity, and celebrates the 25 years of the Advertising Code.
'Although the current Advertising Code is a very condensed diploma (just over forty articles), the truth is that it's over 25 years old, which means that the vast majority of the applicable rules are scattered around 100 other diplomas.' says Filipe Mayer.
