Ana Rocha, CCA ONTIER's Senior Associate, commented to TSF the new Benfica's lawsuits for the access or divulgation of confidential information of the club 'through hyperlinks already published or others that may be published'.
According to the lawyer 'simple access to correspondence that is known that is not addressed to us, and which is private, may constitute a crime of violation of correspondence'. Adds that this Benfica position intends to 'discourage the propagation of these messages that, of course, can cause harm to the club'.
