CCA ONTIER has just strengthened its Litigation Department by welcoming into the team Senior Associate Catarina Limpo Serra. The Lawyer comes from Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, where she was part of the Litigation Department since 2006.
Catarina Limpo Serra has nearly 12 years of experience in Dispute Resolution in the area of Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Criminal and Counter-Dispute Litigation, with a special focus on advising in the following areas: legal advice to credit institutions, liquidation of credit institutions; business recovery and revitalization operations, insolvency and debt restructuring; judicial and extrajudicial processes of collection of debts, including the following up of portfolios of clients that are part of international economic groups; as well as participation in arbitration proceedings. She is currently specializing in Sports Law.
