CCA ONTIER Law Firm adopted digital signature on legal documents to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs for clients. To that end, CCA ONTIER resorted to the solution developed by LegalVision, a French-Portuguese LegalTech that developed LEGALVISIONPRO.pt software, specialized in the digitization and automation of legal proceedings and documentation.
With no need for pen and paper and at a distance of a few clicks, the very same documents are signed in a dematerialized form by the various parties in different geographical locations. “With this measure, we anticipate not only increasing process optimization, but also preventing clients from having to travel to sign documents.
