CCA ONTIER announces the appointment of three new Partners - Martim Bouza Serrano, Marta Duarte and Pedro Antunes, who will join the eight current Partners. The new Partners will play an important role in the development and consolidation of the CCA business and brand in Portugal and in the pursuit of its international growth objectives.
These appointments reflect CCA’s commitment to a policy of internal growth and recognition of the technical and human qualities and professional merit of its lawyers. In this sense, and based on the excellence of the work developed by the lawyers and their daily contribution to the growth and reinforcement of the CCA brand, the following lawyers were promoted to Partners:
- Martim Bouza Serrano, who is part of the TMT team;
- Marta Duarte, who is part of the Litigation team;
- Pedro Antunes, who is part of the Labor & Litigation team.
According to Domingos Cruz, Managing Partner of CCA ONTIER 'with these appointments, CCA renews its commitment to the professional progression and the appreciation of its lawyers. In doing so, we recognize their personal qualities and professional merits and we bet on their relevant contribution to strengthening our efficiency, innovation and quality in service delivery'.
CCA has seen its position in the market grow, over the last few years, as an innovative and dynamic company with reference clients. Therefore, CCA has strengthened its teams not only through external contracting, but also through internal promotion, represented here in the appointment of these three new Partners.
This is a further step in consolidating CCA's strategy, which has been building generations of lawyers and reference teams in the market for over 70 years, through a culture of organic growth complemented by a policy of lateral hirings, in a clear bet on young and dynamic teams.
