CCA has just strengthened its Public Law area with the integration into the team of senior associate Miguel Neiva de Oliveira. The lawyer, who previously worked at PLMJ, Telles de Abreu e Associados, and more recently at Ana Bruno e Associados, has about 15 years of experience in administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement, public works, and public services concessions and administrative litigation. He also has experience in monitoring various procedures in the regulatory area in general, health and pharmacy, urban planning and territory planning.
