CCA has just strengthened its Tax team with the integration of the Partner Tânia de Almeida Ferreira, who will also become the new Head of the Tax Department. The lawyer comes from Cuatrecasas, where she has been working since 2011 as a Tax Consultant. She had previously worked at Linklaters for about 10 years.
Tânia de Almeida Ferreira has approximately 20 years of professional experience in tax law, advising domestic and international investors in the definition of investment strategies (investment, holding, and divestment), using regulated and unregulated structures. She has a consolidated fiscal practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, restructuring of national and international groups, having developed a large part of her activity in the areas of financial and real estate taxation.
