Carolina Bonina Cariano, Principal Associate of CCA Law Firm’s Labour practice, in an article for RH Magazine, shares her opinion on the non-competition pact and reinforces the need to understand the requirements to make it valid.
According to Carolina Bonina Cariano "Regarding the unilateral revocation of the non-competition pact by the employer, the vast majority of our practice has understood that it is not possible. In fact, Portuguese law, unlike others, does not specifcally foresee for this possibility."
