Domingos Cruz, CCA’s Managing Partner, talks to Jornal de Negócios on the economic trends and legal work in the first half of this year.
Domingos notes that "the upcoming October legislatures may create some instability. There will be a need for a greater reformist dynamic, to build confidence in investment, especially foreign investment, which is essential to leveraging the most diverse sectors of the economy".
The managing partner also pointed out that, in the case of CCA, the real estate sector was "mainly driven by tourism and energy auction projects. In addition to this sector, were also highlighted the corporate law, litigation and TMT areas".
