Domingos Cruz, CCA ONTIER's Managing Partner, speaks to ECO-Advocatus about what he expects from the year 2018 for the country, at the level of investment, and the corporate market. 'I believe that in 2018 the real estate and tourism market will continue to have a positive balance and as the main sectors of attraction of foreign investment, as the M&E sector is expected to continue to grow.'
It also stresses that legislative changes under way, or to be launched, 'can provide good opportunities, as they will imply the need for companies to adjust to new regulatory frameworks: we are talking about the money laundering law, legislative changes in the areas of public procurement and the new data protection regulation'.
