Henrique Salinas, a partner at CCA and head of the Criminal Law & Compliance practice, was a speaker at the 7th edition of the Postgraduate course in Sports Law at the School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
His intervention in the module “Liability in Sport” focused on the “Principles of disciplinary liability in sport”.
This postgraduate course allows graduates in law or other areas of training to acquire specialised knowledge of sports and the law.
