Henrique Salinas, Partner of the Criminal Department at CCA ONTIER spoke last Friday, October 19th, to Sexta às 9 of RTP, on the ‘operation Húbris’ and the prohibition of the former Chief of Staff of the Army of the entrance of the Judicial Police at the Military Base of Santa Margarida.
"The Public Prosecution Service will have to investigate whether there has been a legitimate reason for this order and, if it concludes that there was not such reason, it should ascertain whether this was intended to prevent the gathering of evidence. In this situation, we may already be moving towards imputation of the crime of personal favoritism", says Henrique Salinas.
