Madalena Azeredo Perdigão, Coordinator of the Real Estate Department of CCA Law Firm, in declarations to the weekly newspaper Expresso, commented on the reality of the real estate sector in Portugal which, despite its increasing number of women in recent years, remains a predominantly male sector.
"I feel that it is harder for women to prove their value. We're always struggling, because of the mentality that still exists. It is getting better, but there are still companies that look at women as men’s assistants", says Madalena Azeredo Perdigão, in the first edition of the gathering "Women in Real Estate", organized by the AIP Foundation, through Lisbon - Fairs, Congresses and Events, in partnership with Diário Imobiliário, which took place at the Portuguese Real Estate Fair.
