'The Race to Registries of Short-Term Rental' is the latest opinion article written by Madalena Azeredo Perdigão, Associate Coordinator of CCA ONTIER's Tourism and Leisure Area, to Advocatus about the new law that has introduced the controversial changes to the Legal Framework of Short-Term Rental Establishments, namely the option given to each Municipality to suspend requests for new local lodging in certain areas of the respective City Hall - so-called 'Suspension Areas'.
