In the pursuit of a more equal labour market, a goal widely defended by the European Union, it is crucial to understand the actions that companies can take to ensure equal opportunities in access to employment. The promotion of gender equality and the fight against discrimination are core issues for public policy, but they also require effective action on the part of companies.
