Marta Duarte, Partner at CCA Law Firm, writes an opinion piece for Jornal de Negócios on the state of justice in Portugal after a controversy over alleged bias in the distribution of cases in the Court of Appeal of Lisbon, alongside other cases that tarnish Portuguese justice.
