As the new Labour Law comes into force on International Workers' Day, Pedro Antunes, Partner and Head of CCA's labour practice and Maria Luís Guedes de Carvalho, Senior Associate in the same practice, explain to Trabalho by ECO the recent changes introduced to the Labour Law, and in particular its exceptions.
With regard to the rules on minimum requirements for the operation of temporary work agencies, the Senior Associate noted that "one of the requirements that has been modified is the number of employees hired by the company, the percentage of which will be determined by means of a Regulatory Decree".
