Pedro Antunes, Partner and Coordinator of the Labour Department of CCA Law Firm was invited to the special edition of the program "Em Nome da Lei", by Rádio Renascença, where he answered questions posed by listeners, readers, and followers in the context of the impact of COVID -19 in Portugal.
In response to a listener who wanted to know whether his business could remain open or not, given the state of emergency declared by the President of the Republic, Pedro Antunes replied that "the government, in the Law Decree declaring the state of emergency, has defined which companies are required to remain open and which companies are required to close while the state of emergency is in force. This Law Decree lists the supply of goods and services businesses that can maintain their activity".
