In an article for the magazine Pessoas by ECO, Pedro Antunes, Labour Partner, comments on the issue of the 4-day working week in the Public Services.
"It is true that the Government wants to set an example by applying the reduction of working hours in the Public Administration, but what I think private companies would like to see, namely in the State Budget, are measures and financial aid that would allow companies to try out the regime, namely through incentives to hire more people to respond to the volume of work that already exists", says the partner of the Labour practice area at CCA Law Firm.
