In an article for Pessoas by ECO, Pedro Antunes comments on the prohibition for companies, which have made a collective dismissal or extinguished a job in the last 12 months, to resort to outsourcing.
According to Pedro Antunes "is an essential limitation for the life of companies and workers themselves who want a system that is as disruptive as possible, but in which the legislator continues to move in the opposite direction".
