Sara Mendonça, CCA ONTIER's Associate of the Litigation Department, in an interview to Diário de Notícias explained the main challenges and concerns of a Millennial generation lawyer, as well as her expectations regarding the future of the law.
'(...) at the top of the millennial lawyer's concerns is the worklife balance. We aim to have both time for work, to develop softskills, for family, for friends, for social life, for our hobbies and for traveling. We aim to play a role that has meaning, that adds value and that contributes to improving the society in which we live', says Sara Mendonça.
