The Startinnovation Team, powered by CCA ONTIER, has just signed a partnership with the Founder Institute, an international program for accelerating ideas and launching startups based in Silicon Valley. The Startinnovation Team thus becomes the exclusive legal partner for the Founder Institute’s Lisbon initiative that develops a 14-week program for early-stage entrepreneurs, which requires its accompaniment by national and international mentors and a global network of entrepreneurs required to create a successful technology company.
For Rita Trabulo, Associate Coordinator of the Startinnovation Team, "with this partnership we intend to strengthen the positioning of the Startinnovation Team in support of the creation of new startups with great national and international potential. We believe this partnership with the Founder Institute will enable us to create the conditions for new opportunities to emerge among entrepreneurs, businesses and the national and international ecosystem".
Sandro Batista, Program Director of the Founder Institute in Lisbon, stresses that "at the Founder Institute we aim to create high-potential companies that have global impact. For all the process, from the idea to the creation of the company, it is fundamental to have a dedicated follow-up of someone who helps the entrepreneurs with all the legal details. This partnership with the Startinnovation Team will provide our founders with such support and tools unequivocally contributing to their success".
Throughout the 4-month program, sessions are planned covering all the topics on how to form and grow a business, allowing each of the founders to develop their idea, their project, with the contribution of the mentors, also benefiting from legal advice provided by the Startinnovation Team. To complete the training, the entrepreneur will have to develop an idea for a company, plan the business, work on an offer, set up the company and complete all the tasks inherent in the training.
The Founder Institute is an American business incubator, business training, and startups launch program founded in California in 2009. Despite having its headquarters in Palo Alto, the Founder Institute has offices in more than 180 cities around the world.
