Teresa Rocha, Human Resources Director at CCA Law Firm, attended the Work-Life Balance Talk organised by RH Magazine in partnership with the Urban Sports Club, dedicated to “Employee Experience - Strategies for excellence in Portugal”.
With the aim of bringing together different leaders and specialists in Human Resources, this meeting allowed for the sharing of innovative approaches aimed at promoting employee well-being and retaining talent in companies.
One of the measures implemented by CCA to manage the generational gap was to develop an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. “We created a second Executive Board, made up of different members from younger age groups, up to the age of 30,” says Teresa Rocha, adding that “not only do they help us make decisions, but they also develop internal projects and submit them to the annual members' meeting for approval.
