After a 2 years delay (due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic), the international public tenders for the concession of the exclusive territorial gaming areas of Estoril and Figueira da Foz where finally announced this week, with a 15-year initial term for each contract (excluding renewals).
Interested parties will be able to submit their bids by 11:59pm of 18 September 2022 through the Saphetygov electronic platform (HERE) where the procedure documents can also be found.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
- Limited Liability Companies, or equivalent, headquartered in any EU Member State;
- Limited Liability Companies, or equivalent, headquartered in an EEA State committed to the administrative cooperation in the field of taxation and to the fight against fraud and money laundering;
- Interested parties must register and use the tender Saphetygov electronic platform (HERE).
