Ukraine: Extension of Temporary Protection to Third-Country Nationals and Stateless Individuals

On 11 March 2022, the Council of Ministers passed Resolution no. 29-D/2022, which broadened the scope of the temporary protection granted by the Council of Ministers Resolution no. 29-A/2022, of 1 March, to persons fleeing the war in Ukraine.
