After 25 years of the Advertising Code validity, the code has undergone 13 amendments (not counting Sectorial Regulations and Norms which, we can say, abound), without taking advantage of the opportunity to review its content in a transversal manner, and we, therefore, consider necessary to proceed with the compilation of the several legislation pieces on this matter which are scattered.

A CCA initiative with the collaboration of APAP, who joined this project from the start, led to the publication of this Collection which, although it may seem somewhat schizophrenic, we hope will soon become obsolete and outdated.
