Ana Beatriz is an Associate in the TMT Department at CCA, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2023.
She holds an LLM in Law and Technology from Tilburg University, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence, and provides legal advice to clients from various sectors, notably in the areas of privacy and data protection, consumer rights, intellectual property, telecommunications, advertising, and media law.
She also provides legal advice in administrative offense proceedings initiated by regulatory authorities.
