Carla Matos is CCA's Partner of the Private Clients Department, having started her collaboration with the firm back in 2013. With more than 25 years of experience, Carla works in a wide range of areas, providing legal and tax consultancy services to national and international clients, focusing on Private Clients. Has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to companies and Private Clients, particularly in the context of tax planning associated with their relocation to Portugal and in the legal and tax management and/or restructuring of their assets and investments. Carla has extensive experience in managing internationalization processes for Portuguese companies.
- Post-graduation in Tax Law from the Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais
- Post-graduation in Financial Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão
- Post-graduation in Economic Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (attended the academic phase of the master's degree)
- Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa
- Consultant at PWC, in the area of taxation, where she worked on several projects mainly in Corporate Tax, Income Tax and Social Security.
