Carlos has been a Principal Associate in the Labour Department since 2023, when he began working with CCA.
He has professional training and experience in Corporate and Labour Law, providing legal advice on the various aspects of the daily life of companies and their employees, namely drafting employment contracts, internal policies and implementing good business practices, conducting disciplinary proceedings, negotiating agreements to revoke employment contracts and labour audits.
