Carolina is a Senior Associate in the labour department since 2022, when she started working with CCA.
She provides employment legal advice on several aspects of the daily life of companies and their employees, including drafting employment contracts, internal policies and implementing good business practices, conducting disciplinary, redundancy and collective dismissal proceedings, negotiating employment contract termination agreements and labour audits.
