Info
Carolina focuses her practice on employment law advisory, providing close and continuous support to clients throughout all stages of the employment relationship — from hiring to termination. She regularly advises on contract termination procedures (including disciplinary processes, role eliminations and collective dismissals), labour audits, best practice frameworks, internal policies and the structuring of compensation schemes. Her approach is practical, clear and tailored to the specific sector and operational reality of each client.
She also supports clients in day-to-day employment management, advising on working time arrangements, the most suitable contractual models, and the effective implementation of legal obligations in line with each organisation’s needs.
Carolina assists companies in addressing challenges related to compliance with the law establishing employment quotas for people with disabilities. In this context, she is part of working groups dedicated to promoting the effectiveness and practical application of this legislation, helping organisations define responsible and operationally viable strategies to meet their legal obligations.
