Carolina is an Associate at CCA's Labour Department, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2023.
She provides legal advice on labour law, including the negotiation, drafting and termination of employment contracts, the preparation of Due Diligence reports, the optimisation of companies' human resources and respective remuneration frameworks, the drafting of internal regulations and policies, the conduct of disciplinary proceedings and labour audits.
