Francisco is a Senior Associate at CCA's Litigation & Arbitration Department having started his collaboration with the firm in 2019. He has developed his professional activity mainly in the area of criminal litigation, monitoring cases of a complex nature at the level of corruption, money laundering, computer piracy and administrative offences and regulation. He also works in the area of compliance, and has experience in drafting and reviewing compliance programmes.
