Inês is an Associate in CCA's Corporate/M&A Department, having joined the law firm in 2023. She provides legal advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions. She focuses her practice mainly on corporate restructuring, direct support to national and international corporate clients, due diligence and company incorporation.
