Joana Enes is a Senior Of Counsel of the Labour Department and is part of the Data Protection Team. She began working for CCA back in 2009. Her work involves the immediate resolution of problems that constitute the clients’ day-to-day and searching for the best solutions in view of concrete cases. She has experience in labour audits, restructuring processes and optimization of personnel, conducting disciplinary processes, negotiation processes for termination of contracts and implementation of good business practices.
