Madalena has been providing legal advice in the areas of real estate, urban planning, tourism and environment law, having obtained a significant and unparallel experience in real estate development, investment and transactions, in the residential, tourism, corporate offices, retail, health and industry sectors.
She monitors and provides advise throughout the whole process, from the very early stages of the projects to the day-to-day issues of various national and international groups, which includes the structuring of the operations, urban planning licensing and lease or exploitation of the property.
She provides legal assistance in the negotiation of various types of contracts directly related to the area of real estate and tourism, negotiating, in particular, the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase deals, property and tourism operation and management agreements, shopping center lease agreements, loan agreements, mortgages, construction agreements and short-term rental agreement.
