Marta is a partner in cca's litigation & arbitration department, having started working with the firm in 2007 as a trainee. With 16 years of experience, she has been practicing in lisbon and porto, focusing her practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, as well as providing legal advice in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, industrial property and insurance litigation and also in the area of insolvency and company recovery.

Over the years she has also gained experience in insurance litigation. representing one of the largest portuguese media groups, as well as several national and international companies in the areas of insurance, industrial property and insolvency and recovery.

She carries out her activity at a compliance level, having experience in the preparation and revision of regulatory compliance programmes.
