With nearly 20 years of experience, Pedro focuses his practice on Labour Law, adopting a strategic, proactive, and prevention-oriented approach. He began his career in litigation — an area that remains a core part of his practice — and is particularly experienced in labour-related disputes, both in and out of court, including in the context of complex negotiations.
 
He is recognized as a problem solver with a deep understanding of the industries in which his clients operate and a comprehensive view of their business activities. Pedro values long-term, trust-based relationships and acts as a liaison between clients and other legal areas, anticipating needs and promoting integrated legal solutions.
 
Pedro has spearheaded major restructuring processes, including multi-jurisdictional projects, across sectors such as retail, construction, sports, digital, industry, insurance, and other services. He also has extensive experience in designing and implementing incentive schemes, including ESOP and phantom share plans, tailored to each organization’s strategic objectives.
 
A driving force for innovation in legal practice, Pedro is known for his ability to think outside the box, create distinctive solutions, and develop optimized compensation structures. He also has specific expertise in anti-piracy matters, and digital compliance, advising on unfair practices and rights infringements in close collaboration with both public and private entities. A regular presence in the media, Pedro actively contributes to public and specialized discussions in his areas of expertise.
