Raquel is a Senior Associate at CCA's Real Estate Department, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2019. She advises national and foreign clients in the real estate area, namely in the monitoring of purchase and sale contracts and other investment operations, in the preparation and review of property lease contracts, and in the analysis, investigation, and preparation of due diligence reports, monitoring of tendering processes and preparation of legal opinions.
