Info

Rita has been a CCA partner since 1997, and chairman of the Centre for Knowledge and Innovation - CCA ON - since 2019. She always worked in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration, Restructuring, and Insurance, namely civil and corporate litigation. Rita combines the solidity of knowledge necessary for academic activity, the result of more than 20 years of teaching civil procedure and commercial companies law, with the pragmatic sense acquired with the daily practice of law. She does not like standard solutions and does not lose sight of the practical nature that legal advice must necessarily take.

Academic Training

Master's Degree in Legal and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Publicly discussed her thesis on "Minority shareholders' protection" (May 2003)
