Sílvia is a Senior Associate at CCA's Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Department, working in the Porto office since 2022. In recent years she has specialized in Privacy and Personal Data Protection, having integrated the RGPD Compliance team of a leading telecommunications operator in Portugal, where she actively participated in all phases of the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and advised on several projects oriented to the consumer segment, including privacy impact assessments and risk assessment. She provides legal advice to companies in various sectors of activity, including telecommunications, media and e-commerce, in matters of compliance and risk management, and in proceedings brought by regulatory authorities.
