Vanessa Rodrigues is a Senior Associate of CCA’s Corporate and M&A Department and began working for the firm in 2017. She focuses on providing legal advice and drafting legal opinions, negotiation and drafting of contracts (civil/commercial) and international contracts, incorporation and operational implementation of commercial companies, corporate restructurings, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and national and international investment projects, structuring and preparation of national and international investment projects.
