Vera is Managing Associate of CCA’s Real Estate Department, developing her activity in Lisbon and Porto. Her professional activity is mainly based in the area of Real Estate, Urban Planning, Tourism, and Environment, providing legal assistance in real estate transactions of various kinds, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate, licensing, the constitution of buildings under the regime of horizontal property and monitoring of condominium meetings, the onerous constitution of minor real rights, constitution of tourist developments and licensing, monitoring, in this context, all stages of the process and the various parties involved, from negotiation between the Parties and the preparation and implementation of the respective contracts.
